Hotel Rooms
The rooms are all located in the Villa and are decorated in rustic Tuscan style. All rooms are double, but upon request, they can be set up with twin beds. Breakfast with a menu, A/C, Wi-Fi, Sky Gold TV, USB port, and many other services are included in the price.
Superior Rooms
Our Superior Rooms are for two people and are ideal for a romantic stay. They feature a living area with a fully equipped kitchenette, a double bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower or bathtub. The Superior Rooms are non-smoking. Breakfast, A/C, Wi-Fi, olive oil toiletries, and many other services are included in the rate.
Family Suite Rooms
Our Family Suites are for a maximum of 4 people and are ideal for families with children. They are decorated in Tuscan Country style. They offer all the hotel services (breakfast and cleaning included) but with the space and comfort of apartments, featuring a living room with a kitchenette, a double sofa bed, a double bedroom, and a bathroom with a bathtub or shower. All Family Suites are non-smoking.

These apartments are all decorated in Tuscan Country style, but each one is different and therefore unique. They consist of a living room with a kitchenette, a double bedroom, and a private bathroom. The 2-person apartments are non-smoking.
Apartments for 3 People
These apartments are all decorated in Tuscan Country style, but each one is different and therefore unique. They consist of a living room with a kitchenette, a sofa bed in the living room, a double bedroom, and a private bathroom. The 3-person apartments are non-smoking.
Apartments for 4 People
These apartments are all decorated in Tuscan Country style, but each one is different and therefore unique. They consist of a living room with a kitchenette, a sofa bed in the living room, a double bedroom, and a private bathroom. The 4-person apartments are non-smoking.
Appartamenti per 4 persone – DUPLEX
Questi appartamenti sono su 2 piani e quindi hanno delle scale all’interno. Sono tutti arredati in stile Country Toscano, ma sono diversi l’uno dall’altro e quindi unici. Sono composti da soggiorno con angolo cottura, divano letto nel soggiorno, camera matrimoniale al piano superiore (soppalco) e bagno privato con doccia. Gli appartamenti per 4 persone DUPLEX sono Non Fumatori.
Terrazza Apartment
These apartments feature a private terrace with a beautiful view of Siena. They are all decorated in Tuscan Country style, but each one is different and therefore unique. They consist of a living room with a kitchenette, a sofa bed in the living room, a double bedroom, and a private bathroom. The Terrazza apartments are non-smoking.
Cipresso Apartment
This apartment is for a maximum of 5 people and has a private garden. It is decorated in Tuscan Country style and consists of a living room with a fully equipped kitchenette, a double sofa bed, 1 room with a French bed, 1 double bedroom, and 1 bathroom with a shower. The Cipresso Apartment is non-smoking.
Olivi 3 Apartment
This apartment is for a maximum of 5 people and is a DUPLEX (with internal stairs). It is decorated in Tuscan Country style and consists of a living room with a fully equipped kitchenette, a single sofa bed, 1 double bedroom on the first floor, 1 double bedroom on the upper floor (loft), and a bathroom with a shower. The Olivi 3 Apartment is non-smoking.
Piazzetta 3 Apartment
This apartment is for a maximum of 5 people and is located on the ground floor (no internal stairs). It is decorated in Tuscan Country style and consists of a living room with a fully equipped kitchenette, a sofa bed, 1 room with a French bed, 1 double bedroom, and a bathroom with a jacuzzi. The Piazzetta 3 Apartment is non-smoking.
Apartment Villa
This apartment is for a maximum of 5 people and has a private entrance to the Villa, as well as a large garden equipped with a table and chairs. It is decorated in Tuscan Country style and consists of a living room with a fully equipped kitchenette, 1 double or twin bedroom (where an additional single bed can be added), 1 double bedroom, and 2 private bathrooms with showers (one in each bedroom). The Villa Apartment is non-smoking.
