The Villa Apartment is an exclusive Tuscan country-style retreat with private entrance and a large furnished private garden, ideal for families and groups of up to 6 guests who wish to enjoy a relaxing holiday in Tuscany, just a few minutes from the historic center of Siena, within the refined Borgo Grondaie.
It is the only apartment in the Borgo with two private bathrooms, and it is also larger than standard 4-person apartments, offering maximum comfort even for longer stays.

For those who wish to enjoy our breakfast with quality products and freshly prepared items in the apartment, the rate is €13 per person per day; children aged 6-10 years €8, and infants are free.
Self-service laundry available on-site (tokens at a cost of €3.50 each).
Daily cleaning service is not included but can be booked online for €30 per day, including towel change.
