Reception Hours
Our reception is not open 24 hours.
During night hours, you can reach us by phone at +39 0577 332539 for any emergencies or assistance you may need.
Swimming Pool
Our panoramic pool is open from mid-May to mid-October, depending on weather conditions, and is reserved exclusively for Borgo Grondaie guests.
Pool services:

Complimentary pool towels provided at check-in

Towel replacement available for €3 per towel

Pool rules displayed by the poolside
Safety pool guidelines:

Tie your hair before entering the pool

Shower before swimming
-
No diving (water depth 1.40 m)

Children must be supervised by an adult at all times

Small children must wear proper swim diapers

No eating near the pool to avoid attracting insects

No glassware allowed (the bar provides drinks and cups in plastic or cans)
Mountain Bikes & E-Bikes
At our reception, you can request:

Mountain bikes free of charge, available with prior reservation (6 adult bikes + 2 children’s bikes)

E-bikes for €50 per day, in partnership with a local shop

Barbecue Area
A shaded area with a large table and barbecue is available for your outdoor meals.
Barbecue tools can be collected at the reception and must be returned after use.
⚠️ Please use caution when handling fire and ensure that embers stay inside the grill.
Heating (Seasonal)
From November 8th to April 7th, heating is centrally managed.
We recommend keeping the convectors on to maintain a constant room temperature.
If the room feels too warm, simply turn the temperature down towards the “–” symbol.
Parking
Free on-site parking is available exclusively for our guests.
Please note that the area is not fenced or monitored.
Bike Storage
A secure garage is locked at night and includes:
